These Terms of Service apply to purchases from and use of reliefprowellness.com, operated by ReliefPro Wellness, doing business as ReliefPro.

By using the store or placing an order, customers agree to the terms presented at the time of purchase, together with the Shipping Policy, Returns and Refunds Policy, and Privacy Policy.

Orders

Customers must provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of an order. It does not guarantee product availability or acceptance if there is suspected fraud, unavailable inventory, a material pricing error, or another lawful reason to reject or cancel the order.

If ReliefPro cancels a paid order, the affected payment will be refunded.

Prices and Promotions

Prices are displayed in United States dollars unless stated otherwise.

Applicable shipping charges and taxes will be displayed before payment.

Discounts and bundle promotions apply according to their stated eligibility and combination rules. Promotions may be modified or discontinued for future orders.

Changes to future promotions do not alter completed purchases.

Shipping

Please allow approximately 10 to 30 calendar days from the purchase date for processing and delivery.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may take longer because of supplier processing, carriers, customs, holidays, weather, address issues, demand, or other circumstances.

ReliefPro does not guarantee proactive updates regarding ordinary carrier transit delays after shipment. Legally required notices, cancellation options, and refunds will still be provided when applicable.

Returns

The voluntary 60-day return period begins on the original purchase date.

Because the period begins on the purchase date, processing and delivery time count toward the 60-day period.

The Returns and Refunds Policy and 60-Day Comfort Guarantee contain the complete eligibility, shipping, bundle, and refund terms.

Product Information

ReliefPro attempts to describe its products accurately. Colors and appearance may vary slightly because of lighting, manufacturing variations, and screen settings.

Comfort and fit differ between individuals and chairs. ReliefPro does not guarantee that every customer will experience the same result.

Product information is provided for general informational purposes. ReliefPro products are not offered as treatments for specific medical conditions, and store content is not personalized medical advice.

Acceptable Use

Customers may not use the store to:

• Commit fraud or other unlawful acts
• Submit false information
• Interfere with store security
• Introduce harmful code
• Violate intellectual-property rights
• Harass other individuals
• Misuse promotions or return policies

Intellectual Property

ReliefPro branding, original text, graphics, photographs, page designs, and other original store content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Commercial reproduction or distribution requires authorization.

Reviews

Customers retain ownership of reviews they submit and grant ReliefPro a nonexclusive right to display, reproduce, and use those reviews for store-related and promotional purposes, subject to applicable privacy and advertising laws.

ReliefPro may remove spam, unlawful content, threats, or personal information. ReliefPro does not prohibit or penalize honest negative reviews.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReliefPro is not responsible for indirect or consequential commercial losses arising from website or product use.

This limitation does not exclude liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury, mandatory product liability, express promises, or any liability that cannot legally be limited.

Nothing in these terms removes warranties or consumer remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing Law and Disputes

Utah law governs these terms to the extent legally permitted.

Where enforceable, disputes may be brought in an appropriate state court in Utah County, Utah, or an appropriate federal court in Utah.

This provision does not eliminate any legally required local forum, small-claims option, regulatory complaint, payment dispute, or mandatory consumer protection.

Changes to These Terms

ReliefPro may update these Terms of Service prospectively.

Material updates will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date. Updates will not retroactively reduce rights associated with an earlier purchase.
