Every ReliefPro cushion is covered by our 60-Day Comfort Guarantee beginning on the original purchase date.

You may use the cushion during ordinary daily use. If you are not satisfied, email reliefprowellness@gmail.com within 60 calendar days of placing your order to request a return.

Because the guarantee begins on the purchase date, processing and delivery time count toward the 60-day period.

Approved returns receive a refund of the product price actually paid after discounts, plus any refundable tax.

Customers pay return shipping for ordinary comfort-related returns. Original outbound shipping charges are nonrefundable. There is no restocking fee, and shipping originally provided free will not be deducted from the refund.

The cushion, cover, and included components must be returned within 14 calendar days after return instructions are provided. Normal trial use is permitted.

Customer-caused damage, misuse, alteration, missing components, excessive contamination, and fraudulent return activity are excluded from this voluntary guarantee.

Bundle refunds are based on the discounted price paid for each cushion rather than the product’s single-unit list price.

This guarantee does not promise a particular medical or health outcome and does not limit rights provided by applicable law.
